I’m Fleur, a Dutch native who's had the fantastic opportunity to live and work around the world, each stop adding a new layer to my life's story. My career journey began in media and advertising, eventually steering towards marketing roles in both non-profits and major corporations.
Throughout my journey, I’ve witnessed how values like work-life balance, open communication, empathy, and genuine care for employees can transform a workplace. These values create environments where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated. I believe everyone deserves to work in such a place. That’s why I’m now combining my experience, international perspective, and passion for positive change into a unique approach to leadership coaching. The world needs leaders who think differently to break down old social constructs and barriers. I’m here to help those leaders pave the way forward.
After traveling extensively, I now call Southern California home. I live with my family and our adorable Vizsla, enjoying the great outdoors. Whether hiking in the hills or spending a day at the beach, the natural beauty of SoCal provides the perfect backdrop for both work and play.
