Fleur de Vries, M.Sc., CPCC, PCC

I’m Fleur, Communication Strategist and Coach for professionals who want to lead differently. 

I’m not interested in ladder-climbing. I’m interested in the visionary changemakers who want to become leaders in their industries, communities, and companies so that they may do more good. 

The world is full of old social constructs and barriers, and it needs new leaders who think differently to help break them down. 

But the difference between the idealists who dream of doing good and the leaders who actually do, is that leaders proudly own their story and strategically step into the spotlight. 
That’s where I come in. 

I combine expertise from my 18-year marketing career, leadership coaching skills and innate curiosity to help changemakers find their voice, shape their identity, and own their story. 

The result? Compassionate, paradigm-shifting leaders who are ready to create an impact not just in their companies, but in the community around them. 



I work with professionals, CEO's, writers, activists, politicians and they all have one thing in common: they want to speak up and make a difference. They believe that we can do better. 

My strong beliefs in a equitable world drives my passion to coach my clients to speak up and make a change in this world, in their industry, their community, their team, their family.

Mission

Help people find their way (back) to their values and see opportunities even when they’re hiding.

In personal life that means to find balance and live a fulfilled life.

In a work setting that means determining the values that you have as a leader and as a team. And make great decisions, because they are made in full awareness of your mission.
